- Supplier Collaboration: Our engineers liaise with potential suppliers to ensure design for manufacturability.
- Design Freeze: Final designs and specs are approved before proceeding to sourcing.
Sourcing & Procurement
- Supplier Identification & Vetting: We leverage our vetted supplier network to identify the most suitable manufacturing partners.
- RFQ & Negotiation: We manage the Request for Quotation process and negotiate the best commercial and technical terms on your behalf.
- Contract & PO Placement: We assist in finalizing supply contracts and place purchase orders.
Production Monitoring & Quality Control
- Pre-Production Inspection: Raw materials and initial production samples are checked.
- During Production Inspection (DUPRO): Our QC inspectors visit the factory during manufacturing to catch issues early.
- Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI): A comprehensive check of finished goods is conducted against agreed specifications before loading.
Logistics & Shipping
- Shipping Arrangements: We coordinate with freight forwarders to arrange cost-effective and reliable shipping (FOB, CIF, etc.).
- Export Documentation: We handle all export documentation, customs declarations, and certificates of origin.
- Shipping Supervision: We supervise container loading to prevent damage during transit.
Project Implementation & After-Sales
- Installation Guidance: We provide detailed installation manuals and can arrange for technical supervisors to assist with on-site installation.
- After-Sales Support: We manage the warranty process and act as your liaison with suppliers for any parts replacement or technical support needs.
- Project Review: We conduct a post-project review to capture lessons learned.
